Corrections Policy

Tamara News is committed to accuracy. This page explains how we handle factual errors when they occur.

How we correct errors

When we learn that a published article contains a factual error, we correct it as soon as possible. For significant factual errors, we add a visible correction note to the article stating what was changed and when. For minor errors, such as typos or formatting issues that don’t affect the substance of a story, we may fix them without a separate note.

What counts as a correction

A correction applies to factual errors: an incorrect date, name, figure, quote or characterization of a documented event. It does not apply to updates that reflect new developments in an ongoing story — those are handled as updates, dated and clearly marked as such within the article.

How to request a correction

If you believe an article contains a factual error, contact us through our contact page with the article URL and a description of the issue. We review every correction request and aim to respond promptly.

Transparency

We do not quietly alter published facts. Any substantive correction is disclosed within the article itself, not just fixed silently.
